Recently awarded the 2009 Builder’s Merit Award, Papali Wailea offers owners an extremely unique development design. Completely built out in 2009, the community is comprised of 24 single-family homes, which encompass about 10.5 acres on the north end of the Wailea Resort. The gated entrance of the neighborhood is located right off of Wailea Alanui Rd, directly north of the Wailea Palms Condominium (formally known as Palms Phase II). Absolutely nothing was looked past during the construction of this highly sought-after neighborhood. The low-density concept of the community affords owners the feeling and privacy of stand-alone residence, while at the same time providing the ease of condominium living. Amenities at Papali include one of the most impressive pools throughout the entire Wailea Resort: a stunning 75 foot long infinity edge pool, which looks out due west to the island of Lanai. There is also a spacious fitness facility with incredible views next to the pool area and BBQ pavilion. Short term vacation rentals are not permitted at Papali, so more long-term residents are in place. Pets are allowed in the neighborhood, but with several limitations.
