Built in three separate phases, the neighborhood consists of about 350 residential properties. A local developer began construction of Piilani Villages in the early 1990’s, the floorpans offered were built in single and two-story homes with interior living spaces of 1200 to 1800 square feet.
In the early 2000s, the construction of phase 1 and 2 were completed by local developer, Spencer homes. These two phases offered two different floorplans, single and two-story plans were available as well; the homes feature central A/C, 2–car garages, white vinyl fencing, and solar water heating (optional). The floorpans came in options of 2-4 bedrooms and ranged from 900 to 1800 square feet. Lot sizes are 4000 to 8000 square feet.
